CLuB Bioinformatics workshop

Part of the work of CLuB includes bioinformatics, an interdisciplinary field involving the application of statistical and machine learning approaches for the integration of genetic and clinical data, in order to identify biomarkers for the prediction of disease progression, treatment response, and relapse risk. Thanks to CLuB co-investigator Pilib Ó Broin at University of Galway for organising a bioinformatics workshop for CLuB members to get a greater understanding of this area.
