Congratulations to Dr Szilárd-Krisztián Belényesi!

Last week CLuB member Dr Szilárd-Krisztián Belényesi successfully passed his viva for his PhD “Exploring the biomarker potential of extracellular vesicles in liquid biopsies” in Trinity College Dublin. Kris’ supervisor on his PhD was CLuB lead Prof. Lorraine O’Driscoll, and the examiners were Dr Sinead Smith and Prof. Irina Nazarenko, with Prof. Eduardo Ruiz-Hernandez as Chair.

Kris had already completed a medical degree, and is now a Teaching Fellow in Anatomy at Trinity College Dublin. We wish Kris all the best for the future, we know it will be very bright! Thank you to the HEA for supporting the work of CLuB.
